Daniel Arnold

Daniel Arnold has lived in the area west of Bergerac, in the Dordogne, with his family since 2006. He covers his home area plus parts of the Périgord Vert including the often overlooked vineyards of Montravel and Monbazillac and the verdant countryside of Brantome. Other highlights of the region include Chalais, Sainte Foy la Grande, Aubeterre and Villefranche de Lonchat. Dan and his family enjoy life in the local villages - especially the gastronomic night markets in the summer which offer a true taste of French life. He has hands-on experience of working in two vineyards and has extensive knowledge of property development, design and construction. Daniel has a BA Honours degree in English and French from the University of Leicester and also has a strong background in journalism. His hobbies include playing guitar and composing music.
