Tim Skevington

Tim’s first foray into real estate was in Eastern Europe in the early 1990s and after successful acquisitions in Warsaw, Tim moved to London where he was at the forefront of emerging private investment in residential property for rent.

By this time Tim had been investing personally in real estate for 10 years whilst following other careers. In 2002 Tim decided to work full time in real estate and moved to Thailand where he established the predecessor to Richmont’s Christie’s International Real Estate in Bangkok. 

Since then, the Bangkok property market has developed exponentially, and Tim has been involved at all levels from expatriate rentals and local sales throughout the city, to regular sales events overseas, where Richmont’s was the first real estate consultancy in Thailand to assist some of the country’s largest residential developers expand into international markets. 

Richmont’s is now firmly established as one of Thailand’s largest independent real estate consultancies, and exclusive sales agent for many of the country’s leading residential developers. Recognition of Tim’s achievements, particularly in luxury property sales, culminated with his appointment as the exclusive Bangkok Affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate in May 2017.
