She is a member of many Multiple Listing Services, the Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR), and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR). As a member of various multiple listing services, Dawn is able to access the most recent information & assist her clients in many counties. Her certification in Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) verifies that she possesses the skills that will allow her to assist with investment properties. 

Prior to becoming a Realtor, Dawn was an accomplished restauranteur for 17 years in Westwood, NJ, where she honed her business savvy skills that she applies to her successful real estate career today. She prides herself on her ability to negotiate and get the highest return on her clients' investments. Dawn firmly believes that buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions in one’s life and she feels honored to be the one to guide her clients through the process with the utmost expertise and integrity. In her spare time when she isn’t selling real estate, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, entertaining, cooking, and dining out. She also speaks Spanish fluently, which helps extend her network of clientele in real estate.
