I have worked in the real estate industry for the past 22 years representing buyers and sellers in both new home construction and existing home sales. I am a licensed Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Resort & Second Home Specialist (RSPS), as well as a certified Home Inspector. My experience in selling real estate began in Charlotte, NC. Later I moved to Pawleys Island where my family vacationed for 20 years. Besides working with owners and future buyers, I am also the representative agency for Dowling Custom Homes in South Island Plantation.

Over the past years I took the time out to not only know every inch of South Island Planation but also the benefits of living in the area which is important for those out of town visitors interested in moving to the South Carolina coast. From the land to the waters I know it as if I've lived here all my life because it's my job to educate prospects on the many wonderful reasons to call Georgetown County home!
