As one of the Wexler-Gault Group's dedicated city agents, Chantel an advocate of Chicago living and truly believes this "city of neighborhoods" is like none other. She has lived in the Bucktown/Humboldt Park/Ukrainian Village neighborhoods since 2005, and believes them to be among the most exciting, eclectic, and all encompassing neighborhoods in the country. Although she calls this area of the city her home, Chantel enjoys taking advantage of what Chicago's other neighborhoods have to offer, and can recommend restaurants, venues, bars, and shopping in your neighborhood of choice.  Most importantly, she is an expert on each neighborhood's distinctive markets.

Chantel understands that finding your dream neighborhood is not unlike finding the love of your life. "I often feel like a relationship matchmaker when helping buyers, especially first time buyers, find their dream home. Their personality and energy level needs to be compatible with their neighborhood, so that they can fall in love and truly call their new place home."

When working with buyers, she enjoys getting to know her client's lifestyle and finding the perfect home and neighborhood to compliment them. Her patience and expertise are especially helpful to first time homebuyers. Chantel is known for making her clients feel at ease during the buying process, relieving much of the stress and making the journey fun and exciting. When working with sellers, her extensive sales experience from her previous career in the cosmetics industry makes her a reliable asset. She understands the art of presentation, strategic marketing, and the psychology behind negotiations.

When not working, Chantel is passionate about music and enjoys attending live performances. She studied classical voice at the Lawrence University Conservatory in Appleton, WI and is passionate about music of all kinds. Chantel considers Chicago's musical history and the widespread access to quality live music part of what makes Chicago so special.
