Joe Hosch

Joe joined @properties in January of 2017, prior to that he worked with a smaller brokerage and in a variety of other fields.

Joe’s passion for real estate derives from helping people with an important milestone in their life. He loves to educate people on the home purchase or home selling process, and making the process as smooth as possible for his clients. His goal is to make sure that every client is happy with their experience at the time of the transaction and down the road!

Joe has been in Chicago for over a decade and has worked and/or lived in many neighborhoods in Chicago, including the South Loop, Bridgeport, Rogers Park, Bronzeville, Lakeview, River North, Humboldt Park, Little Italy, and Tri-Taylor and has helped clients with their real estate needs in many other neighborhoods. He loves exploring different neighorhoods and is intricately familiar with a many areas of the city and suburbs.

You may see Joe around the city playing basketball, biking/running, working on his photography and cooking skills, or enjoying the many events and festivals around Chicago (especially in the summer!). He is big sports fan, and loves watching his alma mater, Iowa State, as well as attending any Chicago sports events. Traveling is an important part of his life and most recently went on a trip to Brazil, and is planning his next adventure
