It is located approximately 5 minutes drive from the town of Pag, and is in vicinity of shops, restaurants, a clinic and other facilities.

This modern villa consists of 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, one half bathroom, infrared sauna with shower, gym, storage room and two living rooms, two dining rooms and a fully equipped open concept kitchen on the ground floor and upstairs. The living room on the first floor of the villa boasts a balcony and a panoramic view of the sea and the island.

The innovative smart home system enables remote management of all segments of the villa. Thus, during the winter, the owner can turn on the heating of the building, the heating of the swimming pool and the jacuzzi using a mobile device, so that he can immediately indulge in vacation upon arrival.
