3 bedroom apartment, with three suites, distributed on a single floor.It is placed in the heart of Lapa, only a few metres away from the Museum of Ancient Art, the Lapa Hotel and really close to public and private schools.The apartment is placed a building constructed from scratch, composed only by three apartments. It was designed by the architect Carrilho da Graça and it is comprised of a 66 sqm living room, a 23 sqm kitchen with laundry area, a 27 sqm suite and two 16 sqm suites. The building includes a service entry, parking space for two cars and a storage area.In this project, every detail has been carefully attended. The selection of the materials and the finishes was based on the highest criteria.The charming 9 sqm balcony, facing east, embodies an invitation to leisure and relaxing moments.
