With her Texan roots and a true passion for the Hispanic culture, Suzie Castillo is ready to help you find the home of your dreams. 

Suzie is a dedicated agent with an extensive background in Hispanic marketing. She obtained a B.A. in Spanish and Mass Communications, a Master's degree in Spanish Language & Culture, and a Master's degree in Education. 

Throughout her real estate career, Suzie has gained an exceptional understanding of the Houston market specializing in condos, townhomes, single family homes, and investment properties. She wants to help you make your move as easy as possible. 

She loves the diversity of Houston and its surrounding areas, including the food! She also appreciates the variety of languages spoken in this city—it's just another way that Houston is unique from other places around the country. 

She understands that buying a home is more than just finding the right house—it's about finding the right neighborhood, a suitable price range, and even the right floor plans. She knows how important it is to work with someone who listens to your needs, cares about your wishes, and has your best interests in mind.

Before joining Nan & Co. Properties, Suzie was an account executive and reporter at TV Azteca, Univision Radio, and Telemundo in Austin and San Antonio. Shortly after, she moved to Puebla, Mexico, to perfect her Spanish, allowing her to appreciate Mexican customs, values, and culture genuinely. 

Suzie enjoys learning new recipes and trying new restaurants when she is not assisting clients. She and her husband love to go out for tennis or attend yoga classes together. Suzie enjoys attending concerts, plays, and operas and supporting her husband's music-producing business.
