Marilee Moyer

Marilee joins us after twenty years in brand marketing and eight years as a local business owner. Her marketing experience includes oversight of a fourteen million dollar marketing budget dedicated to brand management and increasing market share. She began investing in real estate in the 90s and constantly educated herself on market trends and the Chicagoland real estate landscape. With personal experience in buying, selling, rehabbing, new construction, and investment properties, she now can marry her professional marketing expertise with her love of real estate.

She has assembled a network of expert professionals throughout the years providing clients the best in loan acquisition, professional staging, interior design and contracting of all types. Managing multi-faceted projects and precise, focused negotiating skills have been honed over many years and serve her clients well. An expertise in all types of marketing: digital, social as well as conventional media has proven successful for her clients.

Marilee brings a dedication to serving her clients. She recognizes that changes in life can be a very emotional experience and a manner of honesty, empathy and discretion are her priorities.

She has a B.A. from Indiana University in both Advertising and French, and is certified in Database Marketing by Northwestern University.

Marilee was raised in Glenview, lived in Chicago for ten years (Lincoln Park & Gold Coast) and now lives with her husband, Cam, in the Northfield area, raising three daughters, Samantha, Chloe and Ryan. She loves to travel when not working, and enjoys cooking when home. Being of Italian descent, excellent food is not optional.
