Whether serving a client with an initial purchase or sale or engaging with a more seasoned client, Hollie proceeds with empathy, patience, and graciousness. Hollie assists in navigating the real estate sojourn and reaches the pinnacle of engagement with her clients.

As a strong advocate for ongoing continuing education Hollie has earned several designations and certifications to better serve her clientele. Some of those include CRS® – Certified Residential Specialist, Master Certified Negotiation Expert MCNE®, and CIPS® – Certified International Property Specialist. 

Additionally, as 2021 President of FIABCI - Chicago/Midwest Council - The International Real Estate Federation, Hollie's clients benefit from her worldwide real estate-related connections. 

Calling Chicago home for over 30 years, Hollie has a large bandwidth of knowledge about her hometown. She has lived in many neighborhoods including Old Town, Gold Coast, Near North, West Loop, and Old Irving. Hollie has enjoyed living in a condo, loft, townhome and a single-family home and advises her clients based on her personal and professional mastery.

As your go-to resource, Hollie is a contact for referrals such as repairs, attorneys, home warranties, inspectors, mortgage brokers, restaurants, pet grooming/boarding, shopping, salons, entertainment and the list goes on. Just reach out and Hollie will provide you with the information you need. 

Hollie shares a home with her husband, Steve, and rescue dogs, Brooklyn and Geoff. In her spare time, Hollie enjoys hosting small dinner parties, (pre and post pandemic), abstract painting, comedy writing, studying French, Art Deco and Mid-Century artifacts, and singing her favorite songs…off key.
