What Makes Me Different?

I have over 30 years of experience helping clients achieve their goals in business. Prior to launching my real estate career, I was a major account representative for a publishing firm. I negotiated lucrative business deals with the industry's largest players including Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, and large east coast book distributors. I was my firm's top salesman for over 13 years, increasing business by 462%. 

My decision to partner with @properties was an easy one. Not solely because @properties is the number 1 real estate firm in Chicago, but because of @properties' commitment to a high level of service for its clients. I share a comparable commitment to service.  I am an avid reader and am committed to improving results for my clients through continual learning about and applying best practices. I keep up to date on the latest real estate strategies, techniques, and technologies that help buyers, sellers and investors achieve the results they seek. I have an MBA from Northwestern University and have recently earned the Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification from the National Association of Realtors.
