Jeff Warden

Jeff Warden has been in the "people business" for over 45 years and prides himself on integrity, loyalty, and consistent communication. He thrives on fun-loving relationships and is always ready to do what it takes to get the job done! In 2010, after 35 years of service, Jeff retired from the industrial tool business to pursue his passion for real estate.

Jeff is a Bloomington, IN, native and Indiana University graduate. In 2015, the same year he and his wife bought a vacation home in Naples, Jeff went full-time with real estate. He quickly rose to the top becoming a Platinum Club winner (commissions exceeded 250K) in 2016, 2017, and 2019 with RE/MAX. In 2020, Jeff explored commercial real estate and finished the year with $36 million in sales. In 2021, he joined Millican Realty to support his flair for the commercial side of the business while allowing him the flexibility to sell in Florida.

Having owned 14 homes himself, and executing hundreds of sales transactions, Jeff is well-versed in residential real estate. His understanding of a customer's desired style, architecture, budget and specific needs has contributed to his success. His knowledge of construction quality, new trends and the value of investing attributes to a successful client partnership. He relishes in the challenge of negotiating and the "art of the deal".

Jeff enjoys working with new home buyers and sellers, multi-family investors, and seasoned clientele. Licensed in Indiana since 2010, and the State of Florida in 2022, he is excited to be affiliated with John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate in the North Naples office. He will be servicing all of Naples, Bonita Springs, Ave Maria, and the surrounding areas.

When not selling a home, Jeff and his wife Pam, of 40 years, enjoy gardening, biking, playing cards, the beach, and traveling plus their two children and triplet grandchildren. Let's not forget Jeff's love of classic 1960s automobiles. Look for him in his 1964 yellow Thunderbird. It's a true Florida beauty!
