Public Endorsement for Mexico Real Estate

CNBC “Mad Money” host and stock guru Jim Cramer made a public case on his television show for buying real estate in Mexico. Cramer recently bought three properties in San Miguel de Allende, the expat haven in Central Mexico and exclusive territory of Allende Properties. “It’s not such a bad idea to diversify away from stocks,” he said on a recent telecast. “Out-of-favor real estate in Mexico, which has no property taxes and is easily accessible to Americans, represents a great buy. San Miguel has to be one of the nicest places I’ve ever been.”
