The country road winds through the beautiful Österlen, from Ystad up to Kristianstad. In the flat and open landscape, classic Scanian buildings adorn the views through the car window. At the edge of Everöd village, a private avenue with lush treetops turns off the road and leads into the property. On the way, you pass two picturesque gate lodges, and soon the canopy of trees opens up to welcome you to Mjöviksgården's enchanting manor building, boasting a classic Scanian architecture style.

The manor house has been lovingly renovated and now shines with a carefully maintained living area of over 300 square meters. Here, heating, alarms, lighting and music are controlled via apps, and a feeling of luxury permeates the home thanks to the exclusive materials.
