Steven Dowden

Real Estate has always fascinated Steven Dowden - even as a kid growing up in Walworth, WI. His parents (Dan and Kathy) loved to go to Open Houses, and being the youngest of four, Steve was always in tow. He loved it! He would picture himself in every house, envision their life there, and get so emotionally attached that he would sometimes cry when his parents did not put in an offer.

That passion and emotion served Steve in his career path as a teacher (high school Math), basketball and golf coach, and now in real estate - his first love. Steven is a patient guide through many of the complexities of buying, selling and investing in real estate. His 30+ years of extensive, local knowledge highlights the best in communities and neighborhoods to help match clients to homes. And when that match successfully happens, Steven is almost happier than his clients! Watching his clients achieve their real estate goals fuels his proud teacher and passionate coach inside.

The Lake Geneva area is where Steve grew up, met his wife (Ali), and now raise their three children. Steve says "My wife and I are suckers for beating hearts" and had too many animals and pets to print an accurate and up to date list. Together, Steve and the Starboard Group build more than happy clients, they build strong, connected communities.
