Wendy Nelson

Originally from Rochester, NY Wendy grew up vacationing on Captiva Island and moved to Southwest Florida in 1993. She graduated from Syracuse University and years of experience in Marketing and Sales in Business to Business Advertising. Wendy uses her professional business experience to help buyers and investors to find the right property in changing market conditions. In addition to her diverse real estate commitments, she has volunteered with Cancer Alliance of Naples and State Wide Animal Rescue.
