Wade Staniar

Founder and Project Manager

G. Wade Staniar co-founded LandVest in 1968 and has been assisting owners, buyers and investors of distinctive New England real estate and Timberland investment properties ever since.

Wade's approach to real estate is not unlike how he participates in sports--with a quiet competitive passion and spirit that lead him to be named a two time Cape Cod Baseball League All Star; a collegiate boxer; Yales former pushup record holder and a Nationally Ranked Doubles Paddle Tennis Player. And go ahead and ask him about his "first light" beach fishing experiences and the fish that did not get away! Wade has had record real estate sales in Concord, Chatham, and Woods Hole, MA; Greenwich and Stonnington, CT and in Maine Timberland.

Education: Colgate University, B. A.; Yale University Master Degree in Forestry and Environmental Science Night School in Business Administration at Northwestern University.

Activities: Former Member of various Concord, MA town boards; former member of the Vestry at Trinity Church, Concord; Fenn School Board of Visitors; past President of the Concord Country Club.
