Lisa Timmons

Lisa Timmons has been a resident of Marco Island & Naples since 1998. At the age of 21 her love of real estate led her to buy land and build a custom home. Originally licensed in 2005, Lisa is experienced in many aspects of real estate including landlord, owner of homes and condos, real estate paralegal, and awarded "Rookie of the Year" at Coldwell Banker in 2005.

As a full time, single parent of two young children, she found the scheduling difficult as a realtor. Lisa quotes "I wanted to be the best parent and be there for all their activities." With that goal, she took a break from real estate and opened a sole proprietorship spa business where she could set her hours.

Now that her children are young adults, Lisa is back to the business she loves as a full-time realtor. She was asked by Kimberly @ Kimberly Luxury group to join her Team. Kimberly is ranked #38 out of 6700 realtors in Collier County. As a team and the experience of being in many communities and homes for over 25 years, gives an advantage of knowing the area and its history.
