I grew up as a farm kid in Central Texas between Georgetown, Hutto and Taylor, and should have died many times with as much risk I was put in on the farm. From finding out how to navigate my way out of a rattlesnake den in one of our abandoned hay barns, to herding Brahma cattle on horseback, there was no rest in the day till finding myself in front of Laurence Welk and a TV dinner with my great grandmother for most of my childhood life.

I grew up in a simple environment, and was blessed with a few extra special features: growing up in Central Texas in the 90s as a gay kid who liked art, not being allowed to play football, and having undiagnosed ADHD challenged me to find some creative solutions to many problems which confronted me.

I rose above it, and clung to the idea something was larger in life that belonged to me. I was fortunate to study with some of the smartest people I know, my family, as the saying "trial by fire" can absolutely exemplify.

My ADHD fixations ranged from gardening (where I developed an encyclopedic grasp of plant names and application) to interior design (because I was embarrassed for a long time about the condition of my parent's home) to salt water aquariums (where I started a successful business) to real estate (I was licensed at 19 in Arizona, and 20 in Texas; 300 classroom hours) and many, many more. Along with all my family's farm connections, my father's side of the family in Arizona built homes, and each of my dad's five siblings were in all the trades (except the daughter who now runs the most successful catering business in Arizona for 30+ years).

At the age of 21, I graduated University with a BA in English (specializing in 19th C British Lit) having spent 2.5 years in undergrad while running my business. As I got my diploma, I was intending to start law school, but the Great Recession stopped the plan, and I pivoted back to Arizona.

In a short time, I was able to become one of the highest producing agents in the State's history, and in the process I met some of the most incredible people in the world. I fostered my love of design, art, beauty and rugged self survival through the years to have gotten fantastically lucky enough to become the creative director for an investment group in Arizona. I work alongside some of the most talented people you can imagine. They all help me to create, and I them, some of the nation's most incredible properties... Fortunately for
