Constructed on a 1,450 sq. metre (15,608 sq. ft.) parcel of land, with Nahuel Huapi Lake shorefront, lies this charming 240 sq. metre (2,583 sq. ft.) Euro-Patagonian style residence with three bedrooms and a suite, all overlooking the lake and stunning views of the Andes Cordilllera.The house is entirely covered in crafted logs with stone skirtings, and also features characteristic details such as larch tile roofs, and hand made cypress boisserie. From the main entrance you enter a small hallway leading to the kitchen with laundry, maid´s room and dining room, which includes an in-wall stone barbecue; to the right there are three single bedrooms overlooking the lake sharing two full bathrooms. Through a wooden stairs from the dining room you reach the master suite including a full bathroom, closet and private office. The family room is located on top of the area covering the ground floor.Adjacent to the house there is a two-car garage which is accessed from the road through a descending driveway.The house facing the North enables direct sunlight year round.
