Kathy transferred her management and marketing skills from advertising when she discovered her love for real estate while working as a consultant for St. Joe Arvida Homes, defining the marketing for the communities of WaterColor and WaterSound in the Panhandle of Florida. An Atlantan for over 20 years, Kathy knows Atlanta real estate from the Lofts at Castleberry Hill and O4W bungalows, to chic Buckhead townhomes and condos and mid-century Chastain Park, up to Historic Roswell and bustling, downtown Alpharetta.
