Prior to working in real estate Shayne was a 13-year veteran of the art business where she managed one of the oldest and most renowned art galleries in Chicago.  Whether it was helping patrons develop and expand existing collections or assisting novice collectors, she always listened to clients and worked hard to understand their needs and desires.  As a gallery director Shayne also pioneered large-scale marketing campaigns, created branding for renowned artists, and curated collections in fine homes.
