LeAne Suarez

Canadian-born, LeAne Suarez acquired her New Jersey real estate license in 1987 and Florida real estate license in 1992. She is a full-time, full-service BROKER/REALTOR® who is a powerhouse real estate professional, and an expert in the luxury market in Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, and Southwest Florida. As a real estate professional, she specializes in property sales, meeting the needs of, and maximizing the value of properties for both buyer and seller.

Her experience with IRS 1031 tax deferred exchanges, community association management and broad real estate proficiency provides her clients with outstanding information regarding all aspects of ownership in Southwest Florida. As a member of numerous multiple listings systems, global networking affiliations, and social media, her marketing campaigns have a true global reach.

LeAne has acquired her Brokers license and is a Vice-President with John R Wood Christie’s International Real Estate and has obtained the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ designation.

She completed her 5th marathon in her hometown of Toronto, Ontario, October 2018. Collaborating with LeAne’s three children, she is involved with meal packing for Meals of Hope; a solution to aid in the fight against hunger. Moreover, she has sponsored various events and philanthropic organizations including Cypress Lake Middle School, Fort Myers Track Club, and regularly supports the local high school baseball team.

This partnership has enabled the group to further maximize the reach and exposure of their properties in the international real estate arena. They attended Bishop Verot Sanibel School, and acquired their real estate license at the young age of 19 and 21 to enter into the family business after they graduated from college majoring in Business and Marketing.
