Emily K. Bua has been in the real estate industry since 1977, including seven years as a regional manager for internationally recognized Coldwell Banker Real Estate. She has also managed two major U.S. corporate relocation departments.
Emily holds a bachelor’s degree with a dual major in political science and history, as well as a master’s degree in education, all from the University of Pittsburgh. Upon arriving in Naples in 1993, she quickly became, and has remained, in the top 1% of ALL agents in Naples. She has provided dedicated service to clients in luxury communities throughout the area, from the beach and golf course to Port Royal and Bonita Bay.
Emily holds a GRI affiliation, a REALTOR® affiliation and is a member of NABOR® (Naples Area Board of REALTOR®). She has also served on the Ethics Committee for NABOR®. She is well known to be a fierce supporter of local charities some of which include United Way, Champions for Learning, Conservancy, PAWS, Women's Shelter to name a few.
Tade Bua-Bell's entrepreneurial spirit started right out of school from the University of Pittsburgh straight into real estate. Tade has been a resident of Naples since 2005. Relocating from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband Brad and son Trent. They built a home in Mediterra and have lived there over the last 16 years in three different properties.
Tade was a licensed real estate broker in Pennsylvania with Coldwell Banker Realty for 15 years. She then moved to Naples to join her mother and formed The Bua Bell Group. A high-end luxury real estate group that has worked at John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate since 2013. They have consistently been the number #1 mother-daughter team in all of SWFL and finish consistently in the Top 25 Realtors with over 8000+ agents year after year. Many of her accolades include Board of Director's at John R. Wood, 5-star rankings luxury REALTOR® since 2008 with Gulfshore Life, Broker Associate, Luxury Real Estate Specialist, Senior Housing Specialist, Top Naples 100 influential people winner with Naples Illustrated in 2022.
Tade learned from her mother how important being philanthropic is and has supported various charities and organizations throughout SWFL. In Mediterra, she has served on their United Way capital campaign for Collier and Lee Counties. She is an original guild member for the C'MON children's museum, PAWS, Martini Glass supporter, Community School of Naples, the Women's Shelter, Champions for Learning, The Conservancy, Collier County Sherriff's Department and many more local organizations.
