Nancy Orman is the Director of Operations at The Litchfield Company since 2013. With a career marked by excellence and dedication, Nancy has been instrumental in driving efficiency and fostering growth within the organization.

Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Nancy developed a strong work ethic and passion for excellence from an early age. She graduated from Clemson University in 1995, where she honed her skills in marketing and business administration.

Nancy's professional journey began in the travel industry, where she gained invaluable experience working onboard Clipper Cruise Line. Her tenure with Maritz Travel Company as a Travel Project Head further solidified her expertise in project management and client relations.

Driven by her love for the water and Pawleys Island, Nancy finds solace and inspiration in exploring the marshes and paddleboarding along the coast. Her appreciation for the natural beauty of the region fuels her creativity and resilience in her professional endeavors.

Outside of her career, Nancy is a devoted wife to her husband of 23 years, Tim, and a proud mother to her two children, Allison and Adam. Family values and a strong sense of community are at the core of Nancy's personal and professional ethos.
