Patty Wood

Hi, I am Patty Wood, and I joined The Litchfield Company in 2020 as the Sales Manager/Broker Associate for the Manning, SC office.  Our office covers the Lake Marion, Santee, Sumter, Wyboo areas.  We sell Lake Marion waterfront, lake area, residential, acreage, and commercial properties. 

Prior to working with The Litchfield Company, I owned and was Broker in Charge of Lake Marion Realty that was formerly my ReMax franchise for 10 years.  Another 10 years was dedicated to the real estate business as a partner and Broker in Charge of AgentOwned Realty Company in Manning, SC.  My earlier years in real estate were spent with Century 21 and The Alderman Agency.  

I have spent the last 25+ years learning as much as possible about the real estate business from contract to closing.  And, having lived and worked this area my entire career, has given me the  knowledge to understand the market, the players, and all the variables involved in a real estate transaction. My goal is to make you feel supported and that you have a trusted advisor by your side. 

As a seller, you want to effectively market your home and then secure the highest possible price and best terms for the sale. As a buyer, you want a patient yet assertive partner, to help you purchase the home of your choice at the best possible price.  This is where as an experienced realtor, I can partner with you as your consultant, negotiator and project manager from beginning to end of your transaction.

No single transaction is ever as important as a relationship.  Some of my dearest friends have evolved through my real estate transactions over the years.

On a personal note, I am the proud Mom of one grown son, Randy and his beautiful wife, Carole Anne. When I am not working real estate I spend time with my family and grandchildren.  Following a gifted grandson on the golf course is a happy day for me!  My husband and I love to travel, cruise, and walk for exercise.  It would be my pleasure to show you our area and welcome you to where we live and our home sweet home in South Carolina!
