Adrian Duenas Jr

Adrian started his career in real estate young, purchasing his first property at age 19. After renovating the property himself, Adrian grew an appreciation for interior design and renovations. He soon founded his own construction company, helping his clients design and build their vision. Alongside his construction business, Adrian worked with Future Founders, a nonprofit organization in Chicago, where he taught entrepreneurship to students across the city. While teaching, Adrian's passion for real estate continued to grow.

With a specific focus on real estate investing, Adrian purchased his first multi-unit in University Village in 2020 where he resides as his primary residence. Additionally, Adrian serves as HOA Board President on another property in his portfolio, overseeing a condo association of over 150 units. As a Chicago native, he has expansive knowledge of the city neighborhoods and loves spending his free time exploring all that Chicago has to offer.

Most recently, Adrian decided to jump in, full scale, to the residential side of real estate aligning himself with Chicago's #1 Brokerage @properties. Joining the BAUER | BUSSELL Real Estate Partners Team, he plans to grow quickly and conquer large goals. The team couldn't be more excited to welcome Adrian. He is already bringing value to the team, and we can't wait to see what comes next!
