Real Estate Agent

Timothy Foszcz

不動産プロフェッショナル

In his practice as a real estate agent, Timothy works under the ideology that somewhere in the mix of a client’s needs and desires and what the market has to offer lies their home; whether that home is a lease for a few months or a purchase for fifty years, it should be the place where you want to put a welcome mat by the door. Similarly, no matter how long a client has called their house a home, each listing process and sale is unique in its own way, as well. So, while no home purchase, sale, or lease is going to look like the next, Timothy strives to give every client the care and attention they need and so much more, going above and beyond the necessary to ensure his clients’ comfort throughout their transactions.

Timothy is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University and holds a BFA in Music Theatre as well as a minor in English; he has since worked professionally in theatre both in Chicago and around the country. His work as a performer and theatre professional has given him a sharp skillset; he takes pride in his thorough work ethic, fast problem-solving, communicatory and collaborative expertise, care, compassion, and attention to detail, all of which translates directly to his work in real estate.

While practicing as both a real estate broker and, earlier on, as a leasing agent, Timothy is proud to have helped his many phenomenal clients discover what home means to them. His passion for finding and creating "home", wherever that might be, flows through his work—his experience ranges from leasing to buying and selling in both buyer’s and seller’s markets in Chicago and in the northwest suburbs.

A resident of Hoffman Estates and Barrington for most of his life, Timothy has also lived in the city, both in Edgewater and Uptown. Though he continues to perform professionally when he can, Timothy enjoys beach volleyball at North Avenue and Hollywood beaches, singing and songwriting, and watching Gilmore Girls, Selling Sunset, and The Great British Baking Show in his free time. Timothy was raised by die-hard Cubs fans and has spent many days and nights hoping for a win at Wrigley (before 2016, of course).

Let’s find out what home means to you; looking forward to working with you sometime very soon.
