Having owned and renovated properties since my early 20's I bring client's a level of expertise and experience when purchasing properties. My eye is trained to find a good value for my clients. I have been fortunate to successfully flip properties even in the down turn of our market. My back ground is business and art which allows a unique blend of artistic eye and wise investor to the table.

Clients have been very pleased with my paternal nature. I enjoy spending time learning my clients wants and needs. Being a good listener allows me to figure out what my clients want quickly. I enjoy marrying the right properties to the right people!

The North Shore suburbs are where I spent my early years. I have a wealth of knowledge of the area, schools and inventory there. I have been fortunate to help client's find and sell their homes in the Northern Suburbs. I now reside in Lincoln Park! I am well versed on particular Chicago neighborhoods and buildings. Mid Century architecture is my healthy obsession. I am an early member of Chicago Bauhaus and Beyond and my own home was published in Julius Shulman - Chicago Mid Century Modernism
