Sawyer Coseglia

Sawyer Coseglia was born and raised in Fairfield, Connecticut. He has successfully earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, with a double minor in Real Estate and Psychology from the University of Miami. Following graduation, he moved to Naples a place he knows very well as he spent the last 20-plus years visiting family here. This has helped Sawyer gain a vast amount of knowledge on the evolution of the Naples area. 

Sawyer has a background in project management working in the new home construction industry for general contractors in Connecticut and Florida. His experience gives him the capability to assess properties in a multi-faceted way combining his skills in construction and real estate.

Sawyer has joined The Earls/Lappin Real Estate Team at John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate. He looks forward to bringing his charismatic attitude and ability to connect with people to the real estate world here in Naples.
