Karen Bennett

I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business Management and Marketing and have lived in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and now Florida. I have worked for IBM, Daystar Digital and other computer companies before working with my husband, who was a Dentist in Georgia.

We started visiting Destin and Seagrove Beach in 1999 and fell in love with the area so when my husband decided to retire and said we could move anywhere we wanted to live, of course, we chose Seagrove Beach and we have never regretted it. We had rental properties already in the area so we decided to manage and rent out our own properties and that eventually grew to 8 beach houses.

We have 2 daughters and have downsized to only 2 rental properties but we continue to look for great real estate deals and continue to love living at the beach!
