Nancy Ritter

Nancy began her real estate career as a partner in The Myers Ritter Team working with Tom Myers III, whose roots in Elmhurst real estate go back three generations. With Tom’s retirement in 2015, Nancy has continued the team’s tradition of blending a deep understanding of the real estate industry with personalized service and an emphasis on listening to her clients. Nancy is tuned into her clients’ needs and goals and is able to calmly and efficiently make their home buying and selling dreams a reality. The vast majority of Nancy’s business comes through personal referrals from past clients who appreciate her patience and ability to walk them through the daunting real estate process while striving to keep things as stress-free as possible.

As a Certified Staging Specialist, a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and a member of the Professional Standards Committee of the local real estate board, Nancy is well networked in the real estate community. Individually and as a partner in the Myers Ritter Team, Nancy has amassed closed sales of over $100,000,000, been the recipient of numerous awards and has represented everyone from high-end builders to first-time buyers.

Nancy and her family have lived in Elmhurst for 40 years, where she has been active in civic and volunteer activities while raising 3 children. As her children have grown to adulthood, one of Nancy’s greatest joys as a Realtor has been working with the friends of her children and the children of her friends.  A former bookstore manager, Nancy enjoys spending her free time reading, gardening and relaxing at her family’s lake home in northern Minnesota.
