Nico Paredes’ team was established in 2011 with one goal in mind: to provide a boutique-style real estate experience to their clients in Southwest Florida. Since then, they have done over $200+ million in real estate sales. In the last 12 months, Nico was fortunate enough to help 73 families for over $22M+. With industry experience, knowledge, and tools, the team knows how to navigate their clients through what can be the brackish waters of a real estate transaction.

Nico was born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, and is fluent in English and Spanish which is a major asset for conducting business in Southwest Florida. After moving stateside to attend the University in Connecticut, Nico began his career in real estate shortly after graduating with his bachelor's in hospitality management. 

When Nico isn't working, he takes up his time with his family by enjoying all the great things Collier & Lee Counties have to offer. As a well-known and respected team, other agents understand their clients are their top priority and know they will solidify any transaction. While their clients are their top priority, they pride themselves on giving back to the community. The Humane Society of Naples is near and dear to their hearts and is one of the biggest reasons why they do what they do.
