After a successful 25-year career in healthcare, Kate Maryniuk moved from Chicago to Naples with her husband and two sons. They immediately fell in love with everything Naples has to offer: pristine beaches, beautiful sunsets, friendly people and the easy-going lifestyle.

Kate brings the exceptional interpersonal skills she applied with her patients to her real estate clients. Patient, caring and diligent, she can help any client find his or her dream home.

Kate is certified in home staging and can advise her customers in preparing their homes for sale. Born in Poland, she is fluent in Polish, enjoys golfing, cooking and traveling in her free time. She is a member of the Naples Area Board of Realtors.
