Kimberlea Guerra

Born in Orlando, Florida, Kimberlea Guerra grew up in the Central Florida area. Her weekends were days in the sun at New Smyrna Beach on the east coast. She then lived beachside in Melbourne, where she worked in hospitality for Marriott. 

Kimberlea’s favorite days would be enjoying the sun, toes in the sand, collecting shells, listening to the waves, and watching the sunset. 

Over the past 23 years, Kimberlea and her husband raised three children in NE Ohio. Her previous career was in employer benefits; where she learned the art of the sale, contract negotiating, and closing deals. Her leadership role was as Director of Human Resources; where she learned creative problem solving, building trust with all of the employees, and being their voice to management. She learned how important it truly is to listen and hear what others need. To achieve the results and be an effective communicator, you first must listen.

Some of Kimberlea’s strengths are being detailed, organized, and always finding solutions for any issues that may arise. She is a creative problem solver who is self-motivated and driven to attain positive results.

Southwest Florida is where her family plans to live forever. Their daughter currently attends middle school while playing numerous sports with softball being her favorite. Their son attends school at Florida Gulf Coast University and loves golf. Kimberlea and her husband enjoy all the things SWFL has to offer including the fabulous restaurants, amazing beaches, and all the other activities to be enjoyed 365 days a year.
