On the water's edge of Lake Södra Bullaresjön sits this multifaceted farm with a highly useful main building. Since the end of the 19th century, various businesses have characterized this place. In the past, logs used to be transported over the 12-mile-long lake that were then brought to the sawmill once stood on the property. In the 1980's, camping activities were carried out here, followed by fish farming in the late 1990's. During the early 2000's, the building received its current design with the characteristic tower.

Today, the main building of approximately 1.600 square meters, over two and a half floors, offers great opportunities to combine residence and business. The upper floors include the living area and staff spaces. The first floor consists of easily adaptable work areas, presently containing a preparation area for food, a fridge/freezer room as well as storage and garage.
