Ann E Alcaide

Ann Alcaide is Realtor Associate specializing in residential real estate in and around the Bergen County area.  She utilizes her core values of hard work and honesty to best serve her clients needs.  Her compassionate nature and detail-oriented business skills provide her clients with the best possible customer service.  She is a member of the Greater Bergen Association of Realtors (GBAR) and the New Jersey Mulitple Listing Services (NJMLS). Her goal is to do everything possible to make sure the process of home buying and/or selling is not only a success, but as enjoyable as possible! Which is why the affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate is a perfect pairing, allowing her to leverage the extensive corporate marketing resources and customer service programs to meet and exceed the needs of her clients in their buying and selling experiences.

Ann has lived most of her life in and around Bergen county. She graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in History and a Master’s degree in Social Studies Education. Since then she taught high school History & Psychology for the last two decades.  As a dual career agent, she leverages her career in education to provide her clients with the best information on schools in the surrounding area.

She is a long time Paramus resident and a mom to two amazing young men. She continues to serve her community in a variety of roles volunteering her time at Paramus Marching Band events, serving as the Paramus PTA Vice President and volunteering with M.E.R.K (Mobile Emergency Response Kitchen) which serves food to our local first responders during emergencies and community events.  In her spare time she loves to read, garden and actively sight see our local historical area.
