Jill Oakley

Originally from Graham, NC, Jill resided in Greensboro for over 20 years, but loved visiting and spending vacations in Wrightsville Beach, Carolina Beach, and the Oak Island area. She has spent the last 5 years living in not only Southport, NC, but Carolina Beach, and now the Wilmington area, and has loved what each town has to offer.

Jill is a consistent multi-million dollar producer with strong negotiation skills, communication & a true understanding of the real estate process. She has a proven track record in sales since 2000 and her experience is mainly with residential & investment properties, 1031 tax exchanges, and luxury estates. A graduate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and has used it to shape her love of real estate, architecture, and people. Jill enjoys using her background to help others with their real estate needs.
