Marc Russack

Marc Russack is a native New Yorker, specializing in residential and commercial real estate, including new developments, single and multi-family homes, luxury condos and co-ops, rentals, and relocations.

Marc grew up in lower Manhattan, pre-Broadway Corridor, SOHO and NOHO development; and understands, on a personal level, how fast real estate equities turn to prime investments.  Having been raised in and around the family business of an iconic commercial retail store, Marc harnessed his passion for real estate entrepreneurship at an early age. He built a boutique brand of bed and breakfast and wedding venues on the Gulf of Mexico; where he managed and maximized the value of his luxury beach-front residential and investment properties.

Marc excels at understanding the needs of his clients and how to make sure the right property is going to the perfectly suited buyer. He believes that every property has a unique potential and in real estate, having vision is paramount.
