I graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, (Go Badgers!) in 1987 with a degree in Communication Arts. I have been involved in real estate ever since. I have a background in both residential and commercial leasing, selling new construction homes (Red Seal Builders), and the resale market of single family homes in the North Shore.  I understand the negotiation process and how to help you secure the best possible price and favorable terms in the shortest time. In Short:  I know how to close the deal!
