David's passion for residential real estate came to life as he and his wife purchased their first home. Through his personal experience buying a home, he realized that his love of high-pressure, fast-paced transactions coupled with his desire for helping others would make him a unique and passionate residential real estate advisor. David takes the time to understand the individual needs of each client and tailors the experience to fit the specific requirements of the clients he works with. David brings a unique touch to real estate and the clients he serves. He started his career at J.P. Morgan working in Investment Banking advising clients on Mergers and Acquisitions. He left J.P. Morgan to pursue his passion for real estate. His first job in the industry was at a Commercial Real Estate Private Equity firm that invested in multi-family apartment buildings on behalf of high net worth investors.

David attended Loyola University Chicago and spent several years living in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, and River North before moving to the Western Suburbs. He currently resides in Clarendon Hills with his wife, son, and their dog. When not helping clients with their real estate needs you can find David spending time with his family or catching the game.
