Peter Green

I am a trusted real estate advisor for anyone looking to buy, sell, invest, or rent in Chicago or the North Shore. I joined @properties in 2015 to pursue my lifelong passion for real estate. My real estate experience has involved renovating and flipping properties, helping clients build new construction homes, working with first-time home buyers, and assisting clients who are relocating to the city from the suburbs or out of state.

My affiliation with the Kevin Wood Group, a boutique team of Chicago real estate brokers with more than 60 years of combined experience, provides me access to a team that has been involved in hundreds of transactions of single-family homes, condos, co-ops, multi-unit buildings, and investment properties in many Chicago neighborhoods. The group ranks among @properties' top producing teams, and is consistently recognized as being one of the most highly regarded brokerage groups in the Chicago real estate market.

Prior to real estate, I worked in commercial banking for a premier Chicago middle-market bank. A North Shore native and New Trier graduate, I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and management from American University in Washington, D.C. When not working, I enjoy rollerblading on the 606, walking on the lakefront, skiing, cooking, baking, traveling, and trying new restaurants in the city's diverse neighborhoods. I currently live in River North with my dog, Hank.
