Throughout Andy's career, he's been driven to work with the best and is excited to bring his knowledge, experience, and all the best-in-class resources available through @properties to every real estate transaction. Having spent nearly 15 years at the start of his professional life in corporate roles at industry-leading companies, Andy knows how to problem solve, communicate, and manage a process for success.

Wanting to use his strengths in organization and listening, Andy understands the experience of real estate transactions and strives to go above and beyond - knowing the importance and impact of building personal wealth through real estate. 

After going through multiple real estate transactions personally, and living in several Chicago neighborhoods over the last 14 years, Andy realized his desire to work in the real estate industry and is glad to bring this excitement for all clients. His time in the city has given him fantastic knowledge of the city's various neighborhoods - particularly across Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Uptown, Old Town, Bucktown, and Logan Square.  

Andy's commitment is to bring professionalism, personalization, and passion into each client's experience. 

Outside of real estate, Andy enjoys exploring new restaurants with his husband Jonathan when they are not cooking a delicious meal at home, entertaining as often as possible, traveling, and spending time with their senior dog Roxy.
