"Corey and Ty are a Husband-and-Wife real estate team in Greenville, SC. They’ve lived in the Upstate most of their lives and have been in Simpsonville for the past 12 years. From their first jobs as teenagers, providing exceptional customer service was always something that was very important to them. Prior to real-estate, Corey was in Advertising and Marketing for nearly 20 years. Being able to create unique brand experiences for customers was both exciting and fun because it required a similar intentionality to knowing your customer and their needs. Corey also owned a wedding photography business for years, so he has a knack for dealing with stress and keeping everyone calm at life’s milestones. Ty grew up in a military family and was a dental hygienist for 10 years before pursuing her passion in real estate. Ty has a heart of gold and sincerely cares about the needs of her clients. “I like being a reassurance for my clients and removing the hesitations that they have about purchasing a home because we’ll journey through it together.” Not only is Ty compassionate but she’s smart, determined, driven and she’ll get you to the closing table. “I have a 98% close rate because of the preparation that is done beforehand. We can’t control all aspects of the deal, but we can prepare for most of them.” With this approach, Ty has seen success in creating an efficient and seamless transaction that puts her clients at ease. They have two children, a boy and a girl, and a family pooch named Trixie. They enjoy trying food of all kinds, traveling, board games, movies and are involved in their local YMCA and church. "
