Jay Closser has been involved real estate for 30+ years. He was the chief land appraiser in the City of Boston, then Town Appraiser in Concord, MA until 2000 when he joined LandVest, Inc. As a Senior Advisor and Appraiser, he has been involved in complex and unique land and property appraisals throughout New England. He has expertise in conservation easements, land disposition and tax assessment issues. He has appraised timber tracts, islands, mansions, and provided valuation expertise to assist landowners in disposition decisions.
