I grew up on a cattle ranch in the Black Hills of South Dakota. As a young girl, I learned farming, ranching and land brokerage from my father and grandfather who owned a tri-state agricultural and pasture land brokerage firm. I have three grown children and seven lovely grandchildren in whose education and welfare I participate fully. My family is very important to me, and I work hard to insure their well-being.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in English with a minor in Communications & Debate and course work in Interior Design.

I see myself as a stable, reliable person who really puts the welfare of my clients first. I care about each of you in a very personal way. I have a real passion for this business, and I believe that shows in the service that I provide for my clients. I am very service oriented. My clients can rest assure that I will provide a smooth path for them through the entire buyer or selling process, having their needs and interest at heart.
Professional Experience
I have been full time real estate agent for the past 32 years, consistently performing in the top 10% of my company, specializing in implementing the latest techniques for maximum marketing including extensive Internet coverage, target marketing and contacting my large client base.
I provide one stop shopping for my clients including full listing services from staging implementation, to inspections to expert negotiation. With my strong negotiation skills, I am able to effectively establish and defend value. In several instances I established a new price point in a neighborhood.
Owned my own interior design company, K.E. Designs from 1980-1985 where I created, developed and implemented cost effective design plans for residences and offices, negotiated with suppliers for most reasonable price and favorable lead time; interfaced with clients, suppliers, contractor, workers.
Coordinated fundraising and social events in community, school & church settings; Girl Scout and Cub Scout leader for many years.
