Nestled in the dense forests of southeastern Sweden sits the idyllic Grimsnäs Manor – an ecological manor hotel named Sweden's best Bed & Breakfast in 2015. Develop your own rural gem for private use or extend the estate's history as a residence and tourist destination, already stretching over 90 years back in time.

A lovely tree-lined avenue leads up to the beautiful yellow manor house in the center of the courtyard. On either side of the building are additional houses and cottages for accommodation, as well as a stable building, woodshed and an outdoor stage. With a party room, stage and large open spaces in nature, events for large groups can easily be organized. The cooperation with surrounding tourist activities is very good and, together with the local association, sing-alongs and Midsummer celebrations are organized, among other things. Currently, the farm can offer 25–30 beds.

During the current owner's time, the property has been gradually developed and is now in a very good condition. Fiber-optics is available in most of the buildings and planning permission for a cottage on the lake shore is available for further development of the estate. An architectural proposal for conversion of the upper floor of the stable building into meeting rooms and hotel rooms is also available. The possibilities are endless.

The forest property includes 63.6 ha of land and 9.1 ha of water distributed in part in Ljudersjön, with fishing rights and planted crayfish, and the very own Lillsjön.
