Jolayne Guzman

Jolayne Guzman is a Realtor-Associate® who specializes in residential real estate in northern New Jersey – particularly Hudson County – and serves both buyers and sellers. She is committed to providing the highest level of customer service to her clients, whether they are trying to maximize the value of their property or find their forever home. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Jolayne is able to assist clients from different backgrounds and possesses the intercultural competence necessary for one of the most diverse areas of New Jersey.  

Prior to real estate, Jolayne graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in accounting. She transitioned to a career in real estate because she wanted to apply her financial savvy to helping others achieve their real estate goals and build their wealth. Jolayne enjoys building relationships with new clients and even maintains long term connections beyond transactions. With her ambition, passion, and affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, Jolayne is able to leverage the strength of Christie's local expertise, global connections, and unparalleled corporate marketing resources and customer service programs to meet client demands throughout the real estate process.
