Emma Perez

Emma Perez is a Realtor-Associate® specializing in residential real estate in northern New Jersey and is committed to servicing her clients – whether buying, selling, renting, or investing – with the highest level of customer service. She is also a team member of the esteemed Betances Group, Greater Bergen Association of Realtors®, Hudson County Multiple Listing Service (HCMLS), and New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS).   

Emma graduated from Rider University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and has worked as an accountant for 10 years. Her education and professional background bolster her financial savvy as well as customer service skills, which help make her a trusted advisor for her clients in real estate. Raised in Union City, Emma has an advantage of knowing the Tri-State and its surrounding areas, and thus, provides a wealth of knowledge to her clients in Hudson, Passaic, and Bergen counties. Having been both a buyer and a seller, Emma understands first-hand how hectic the process can be. However, given her personal and professional experiences, Emma promises to guide her clients throughout the complexities of every transaction and guarantees a stress-free experience for both her buyers and sellers.
